ONLY use this form to request serial numbers if you purchased directly from RKS Software.

Please do not use this form to ask for free serial numbers. This is only for people who have already paid for a license.

You must include the original email address you used when ordering, or we will be unable to fulfill your request.

2. What was your email address at the time of purchase?
*If you had several emails and are not sure which you used, enter each email address and separate them by commas. Example:

john@smith.com,  js@ht.com,  j@xyz.com
 Enter the email address you used when ordering this software.  This MUST match the email address used when placing your order.
3. What is your Real Name? (first and last)
Both first and last name are required. If the product was registered in a company name, use that instead. 		Enter the name used when ordering, for instance your actual name or your business name.
4. What is your current email address? (where should we send our reply)
We will send our reply to this email address. 		This is where our reply will be sent to.

Requests are usually processed within 2-3 days from submission. Requests are not processed on weekends or legal holidays.

Be sure your email provider will accept emails from @rkssoftware.com. If they are blocked as spam, we will not attempt to resend.

If you do not fill out the name (both first and last) or email address, the request will be ignored.
