This service is for those who purchased from RKS Software of Oklahoma and from 2002 or later. 

If you have recently purchased a serial number and are having problem using it, do not use this form. Instead email sales@rkssoftware.com with details.

2. What was your email address at the time of purchase?
*If you had several emails and are not sure which you used, enter each email address and separate them by commas. Example:

3. What is your Real Name? (first and last)
Both first and last name are required. If the product was registered in a company name, use that instead.
Enter the name used when ordering, for instance your actual name or your business name.

We will send our reply to this email address.

This service is provided as a courtesy, not a right. It is your responsibility to record and save the serial number that is sent to you upon purchase. If you do not fill out either the name or email address, the request will be ignored.
