Technical support: Technical support is provided free of charge by email during the 30 day trial period, and for 60 days after the date of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, if technical assistance is needed, we recommend that you simply purchase a new copy. Please note that at a cost of $19.95, this is still significantly less expensive than most companies will charge just for ongoing support.
Switching Operating Systems: We do not offer technical support for switching operating systems without a new purchase. If you previously purchased and used the software on Windows XP, Windows 98, etc, and you will be needing technical assistance for installing or using the product on on a new operating system (i.e. XP, Vista), then you will need to make a new purchase.
Serial numbers: Please use our Serial Number Lookup Request form. NOTE: We make no guarantees at all that we will continue to provide this service, particularly if abused, so be sure to make a copy of your serial number when it is received.
Upgrading, updating: Always be sure to check the website first for current instructions and upgrade costs, if any.
RKS Software will refund the purchase price within 30-days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the software. This does NOT apply if you have ignored the stated program requirements. We feel it is your responsibility to at least check the program requirements before purchase - or better yet, try the program out - that's why we give a 30-day free trial. (i.e. you purchase a program for use on an operating system that is not listed in the program requirements section, or you purchase a program to run on hardware that does not meet the stated hardware requirements).
