MightyFax Main
screen. On the main screen you can see the list of outgoing
and sent faxes, as well as the list of incoming (received) faxes.
The convenient button bar at the top gives you quick access
to sending, viewing, editing, creating and other common tasks.

MightyFax Send
Fax screen. When you click on Send at the main screen, this
screen comes up and allows you to review all of the information
about the fax before beginning the transmission. There are some
helpful tip buttons on the right side to assist with common
problems encountered while sending faxes. |

from Word (part 1). This screen shows the MS Word Print
dialog, and selecting the MightyFax Printer Driver to print
to. |

Printing to MightyFax
from Word (part 2). This screen shows a letter being written
in Word, and the small window that pops up when you print to
the MightyFax Printer Driver. Just fill in the recipient information,
and a fax is created and placed in the MightyFax outgoing faxes
list, ready to send. |

MightyFax Preferences (settings) screen. This is
where you change settings such as which modem to use, various
modem settings for optimum faxing, etc. Click on the "Quick
Recommendations" button to have MightyFax make the best
recommendations for your modem.

Editing an outgoing fax - Part 1: Recipient. This
is where you fill in the information about who the fax is
going to. Click on the "Phone Book" button to store and
access frequently used numbers.
|

Editing an outgoing fax - Part 2: Sender. This is
where you fill in the information about yourself or your
company. Note: this part is entirely optional.
|
|

Editing an outgoing fax - Part 3: Cover Sheet. For
users of previous versions, this is the same as the old
"Edit" or "Add Cover Page" screen, and basically deals with
the optional cover page portion of the fax.

Editing an outgoing fax - Part 4: The fax document.
This is where you work with the actual fax document, usually
created using the MightyFax Printer Driver. You can add
pages from another fax, or delete specific pages.

Cloning a fax (making an exact copy to send to someone
else). If you want to send the same fax to a different person,
use the Clone feature, which makes an exact copy and lets
you edit the recipient information before saving. It is
then ready to send to the new recipient.
|

Fax grid context menus. Select a fax and right-click.
Most of the actions you would want to perform on a selected
task can be accessed by right-clicking with the mouse and
choosing from the context menu for that fax.

Exporting Faxes. Export one or more pages of a fax
to a variety of graphics formats. Now includes multi-page
TIFF export!

Forward a received fax (send it to the outgoing faxes
with a new recipient)

Cover Sheet Template Designer. Modify the provided
fax coversheet templates, or create your own

The Fax Info screen provides printable details of
a selected fax.
