Calendar Builder version 3.70

What can I use it for?

Calendar Builder is primarily for designing and printing calendars, such as you would hang on your wall. It is not intended as a time management tool - its primary function is designing and printing great looking calendars.

Creating Calendars

To create a new calendar or change the properties of a calendar, select File.. Properties, or click on the properties icon to the right of the screen. (The Properties Dialog is also brought up for New calendars).

The Properties Dialog has nine tabs, each having to do with the properties or attributes of a different aspect of the calendar. Not all properties apply to all Calendar Layouts, and will be dimmed out (disabled) if they do not apply to the current layout.

The complete set of properties for a calendar (not including the specific month and year, or user-defined text and icons), may be saved as a calendar style sheet file. A style sheet may be later applied to a calendar by clicking the Load Style Sheet button and selecting a previously saved style sheet file. Once you have settled on one or two sets of properties that you really like, save them as style sheets so that you can quickly create new calendars with your preferred properties.

Printing Calendars

Calendar Builder will work with any Windows printer. Of course to print colors it requires a color printer.
